What is iTG Virtual Card?
iTG Virtual Card is a Toll-Free Global Calling Card!
You use the Virtual Calling Card just like any calling
card, but you can use your iTG account to place calls
from over 50 countries worldwide!

What are the rates?
Rates depend on what country you are calling from and
what country you are calling to. Rates are billed in
1 minute increments with no minimum call duration. Visit
the Rate Center for more info!
Are there any fees?
No! iTG has no connection fees, no maintenance fees,
no monthly fees, and no hidden fees of any kind! There
are no setup fees or taxes that will diminish your minutes!
However, an FCC mandated surcharge may be added to calls
placed from a payphone in the United States.
Can I use iTG Services
outside the United States?
Yes! We offer International Call Back Service which
allows you to use our services from anywhere in the
world. Visit the International

How do I sign up?
You can sign up securely over the Internet by clicking
here. You can also print out the signup form and
fax it to us. Visit our fax form by clicking
here.
How long does it take
to get my PIN?
All transactions are processed within the same business
day.
Can I recharge my account
automatically?
Yes, you can! You can enroll in Automatic Recharging
when you signup, or at any time after you have opened
your account. Automatic Recharging is a fun and convenient
way to make sure your account is always funded. Be sure
to read about the details
of this feature before enrolling.
Can I use iTG from payphones?
Yes, you can! Because our Access Number is Toll-Free,
you can access your ITG account from payphones, overseas
or in the U.S. However, an FCC mandated surcharge may
be added to calls placed from a payphone in the United
States.
How do I check my application
status?

Does my balance ever
expire?
ITG reserves the right to deactivate your account if
you do not make a call or a payment for 365 consecutive
days. As long as you continue using your account at
least once a year, your balance will never expire.
Can I get multiple PINs
and control them under one account?
Yes, you can! You can now purchase multiple PINs and
control them under one parent account. We have two different
types of plans: Family
Calling Card Plan or Corporate
Calling Card Plan.
How can I make payments?
Major Credit Card:
We accept all major credit cards or bank cards containing
the logo of any of the following: Visa, American Express,
MasterCard, & Discover.
Personal Check / Money Order:
We also accept checks or money orders drawn from a U.S.
bank in U.S. dollar. Print an application, Please send
a completed application

Bank transfers are available with specific requirements;

How will I be billed?
Your account with iTG is prepaid. Accounts can be opened
for $20, $30, $60, $80, $100 or $200 dollars. Once you make a call,
we deduct from your prepaid balance the number of minutes
you have spoken multiplied by the rate per minute with
one minute rounding. The math is simple. Let's say,
you make a 10-minute call from the U.S. to the U.S.
You will be billed 39 cents for the call (10 x 3.9).
No fees of any kind!
Can I pay with cash or Checks?
CASH SOON! We are going to be able to receive cash using
Western Union SwiftPay service! CHECKS YES! Just fill
out the application form and mail it with your check.
If you want to put more money into you existing account
than just send as a check to our address including your
account number.

to meet the needs of a family. This service allows your
family to process and be part of the same report and
receive special promotions for long distance and international

Can I add more accounts to
the plan on the fly?
You can add more PINs 24x7 using our website. Your new
PINs will be active immediately. You do not need to
pick up a phone and contact us. Instant Access!
Can I block one of the PINs
from using the service?
Yes, you can! You can access your account and view all
the PINs under your program. You can activate or deactivate
a PIN at your convenience. The changes you make are
real-time so you have amazing control at any time!
How do I notify my family on
how to use the service?
A great way to reduce confusion is to have us email
your family member their PIN number and how to go about
using the service. Use the "Setup" utility to view a
listing of your PINs. Select a specific PIN, and check
the box to send the information to a family member.
We will email the PIN, password (unique to that PIN),
and instructions on how to use the service!
Can each PIN login to the website?
Yes they can. Your family members can login to view
their own calls, and control their own Speed
Dial and PIN-FREE dialing numbers. However, they
do not have the power to see any other information about
your Family Plan. Only the parent or administrative
account can see the balance and make payments.

iTG Corporate Calling Card is a service specifically
designed to meet the needs of corporate managers. This
service allows corporations to process and fill expense
reports of their employees' long distance and international

How do I make a call?
1. Call 1-877-TALKITG or 1-877-825-5484
2. Enter your PIN number if requested
3. Make a language selection (1 for English, 2 for
Spanish)
4. Dial the number you wish to reach in the following
format
country code + number
(You do not need to dial any
access numbers such as 011)
How do I login to my account?
Use your username (e-mail address) and password to login.
The login button is located on the right of every page
on our website.

Where can I see my balance?
Your balance is present on the top of the screen after
you login.
Can I set my account to recharge
itself?
Enroll in AutoPay as a way to your balance fully recharged.
You can set AutoPay when you sign up, or even after
you start using your ITG account. How it works: Set
a minimum balance you want in your account, and a payment
amount you want us to charge your card if your balance
dips below that minimum balance. It's that easy!
What is iTG Basis numbers?
iTG Basis numbers is a feature included in your iTG
account. With ITG Basis numbers you can pre-subscribe
up to 10 telephone numbers which you call from, so that
you will not have to enter a PIN when calling from
those
telephone numbers!
What is the Refer-A-Friend
program?
Refer-A-Friend program is a way you can earn free bonuses
to your account when you tell people about our service!
Click on the Refer a Friend menu option. You will be
taken to be signed in to your account from which you
will submit your friends or relatives email addresses.
iTG will then send a message describing our service,
containing a special link they can click on to signup
that will automatically give you credit. You will earn
$5.00 worth of minutes per referral!
How do I use Auto-Pay?
Once your account fells below $5, on your next call
you will be prompt to as "would you like us to replenish
your account?" to accept you will press (*) add then
we will ask you for the amount of money you would like
to add to your account. The minimum amount is $20. Once
the amount is entered you will press (*) again and we
will automatically add the funds to your account. Please
allow up to 3 minutes to see the credit to your account.
How do I make a call?
There are 3 steps to making a call:
1. Enter the Toll-Free Access number (1-877-825-5484): you can dial
from your cell phone, landline, or payphones!
2. If you are not calling from iTG
Basis Numbers Enter your PIN and then "#" sign
3. Enter the number you wish to call and then "#" sign:
When dialing a number in the US or Canada, begin with
"1" and then the area code. Other countries begin with
the country's area code without dialing "011" and then
the city code and number.
How can I make calling easier?
There are two ways to make dialing easier and save
you loads of time: 1. iTG Basis Numbers: Register your
phone
number so that once you dial a Toll-Free Access Number
from that phone, you will not have to enter your PIN.
You will skip step 2 (above), and be prompted for the
number you wish to call.
How do I make a new call without
hanging up?
To make a new call without having to hang-up and re-dial
the Toll-Free Access Number, simply press the star key "**" twice
when you are done with your conversation.
However, an FCC mandated surcharge may be added to calls
placed from a payphone in the United States.
Can two people use one PIN at
the same time?
If you have a single iTG account, two people can
not use the same PIN at the same time. However, we
do
have a Family and Corporate Plan which you to control
multiple accounts (for more than 1 person) under one
account.

Why am I repeatedly being prompted
to enter the
number I wish to call?
If the number you are calling is busy, you will not
hear a busy tone. Instead, the system resets itself
and asks you enter the number again. If you know the
number you are calling is not busy, please email us
the number you are entering and we will investigate
immediately.
